Confession is good for the soul?

Today I was able, yes physically and emotionally able to leave our cheerful and happy, but gotta get out of there after too many days confined in it, home!
And I ended up showing my face and the rest of myself cheerfully to the hospital PT rehab, a free delivery of me by Hubby to continue my physical therapy and today I was with PT Paula for my continuing dizziness resolution treatment.
So now I am once again, dare I say, a DIZZY BLOND, officially!

Ha, life can be sweet or bitter and who hasn't had both.
I have for sure, and today I had another taste of both.

The bitter part:
Doing what my PT Paula tells me to do I am still finding I am not so sure on my feet, as symbolized in my wooziness while holding onto the parallel bars, it felt like rough waves on the ocean and I reacted like a drunken sailor as I had been told to put weight on each leg separately.
Also, my double vision appeared when told to look at the one 'X' placed on the floor for me to pinpoint locations; it was a head turner literally. The "X" factor exercise as I have decided to name this, for lack of any other moniker being as exacting in descriptiveness... the Xs are placed throughout the facility and the game/torturous exercise/exorcist is to keep your eyes on each one as you turn your body (get the exorcist connection?Or is that con-neck-tion?)
Any-who, the room is vast, I would think about one thousand square feet, about the same as our tiny lovable home. And although you do not travel to each "X" your eyes do, and it is not too difficult to understand the pictures from that iconic film of Alfred Hitchcock's,"VERTIGO", circa 1958, yep those same sensations...No wonder that is why I was diagnosed with that, hmm?

The sweet part: was getting out again into the world, and tomorrow back into the pool. Yes, it is safe for me to go back into the water as long as I douse my hair with shower water first to prevent a greening effect, and not in an ecological good way either!
Best to keep my head out of the chlorine, if possible.

So happy that we kept a chlorinated pool instead of changing it into a saltwater one; too many very warm saltwater ones are having serious bacteria problems, of the flesh eating variety through cuts or any broken skin, scary! Fresh water has gotten a reputation when too warm too of having those brain eating amoebas through your orifices, nose and private areas, horrible! More info:http://news.discovery.com/human/health/brain-eating-amoeba-110818.htm
And here in Florida, as in so much of the country, it has been extremely warm, for even summer here.
Chlorinated pools might have its naysayers, but at least it destroys most horror monsters, undesirables from entering your body!

To think I was starting to think that a saltwater pool would be so nice with no chemicals, whew, thank goodness this time since to switch over was not at all cost effective for us!
It turned out to be one of those things that sounded too good to be true... and it was.

It's so nice to have this time together.
And talking to you this way is so beneficial for sharing, and I truly hope that as I continue to learn things daily and share some of that with you and you share with me as well online on FB or through my Googling things you already know and so this is a two way continuing street that is so affable, and I just wanted to say thanks!

On that note please realize I meant what I said sincerely, now allow me to be the very first to wish all of you a very happy good night and ask you to kindly count all your blessings and share all your overages and we will too!

And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!

PS my confession was telling all about HAIR COLOR GATE to PT Paula!
