Oblivion

There is something to be said for being “Oblivious”, or being in Oblivion, is to be in a state of forgetfulness, unconsciousness, stupor nothingness or void!
Oh dear when I say it like that; it isn’t quite as useful as I thought, it could be, is it?

Or is it?

Although, between the horrendous natural disasters and man-made wars and stupid so-called accidents of mistaken identities…

Who doesn’t need a slight mind vacation or chill pill to try to keep their sanity!

Of course for the ones directly involved all of that is easier said than done, been there, done that, so we can all relate at some point, but who cares when it’s yours if someone else has had the same or similar experience, is that really relevant to your own personal hell? I think not…

Horrible as it sounds and as the truth be told one of the main reasons most of us feel the pain of others going through it all and know the truth that after each event we all wonder what we could have, we should have done to make the outcome happen differently and that if only we did this or that that perhaps it wouldn’t have? But in reality is that a logical way to think?

Does that make any sense?

Sure commiserating is human and always wanting the answers of the why too is how most of us roll, but honestly would things have changed? And now that it is over and done with, what we need more than anything is to heal.

Somehow there seems to be a voice inside of most all of us, not feeling the kind comforting words of family strangers or people in the know… we must understand where those thoughtful emotions are emanating from, many from their own experience and their true concern.

It is so difficult to accept help after these unspeakable astonishing events, but that is all most of us can do.

We can contact the powers that be to ask for them to take charge and intervene.
But with all that is happening in every corner of this world, where do we begin?

Helpless, hopeless, feelings of depression are soon to follow suit, and we must not allow that to enter our thought patterns.

The best thing we can do is take some type of action by writing an email or texting or twittering our feelings to others to get ideas on what we all can do. Peacefully, sign agreements to send to the leaders of the countries involved and as a large volume of people request for them to remind their selves that almighty question is, “What price is war?” “How many more innocents must die and be maimed?”
Who cares whose right and that life is way too precious to throw away!

At this point they may have even forgotten their reason for their violent reasoning’s and they could possibly end their disagreements this way.

A very dear old friend, not old in the sense of age, although he is just a mere year younger than me, but much better educated than I, I do believe, he said that sadly ‘ignorance is bliss’. I said sadly I do not recall if he said that, but to me knowledge has always meant power, and I’m not as old as Sir Francis Bacon who first coined the phrase centuries ago.

But for some form of sanity to co-exist with all that we as ‘modern’ beings have to absorb on a daily basis, at times, I truly believe that ignorance could and should be considered bliss…to a point.

Inclosing there is a logic in handling all of this and that is if you can do something to change it all for the better, do it, but if not…LET IT GO!

And I am saying this in the nicest way I know how world, please be listening!

On that note of trying hard to be one miniscule possible helper in changing this world, yes FOR THE BETTER, allow me now to wish all of you a very happy good night and kindly count all your blessings and share all your overages and we will too!

And next time please be here or be square, you hear?

TRY HARDER WORLD!
