Dr. Smiles, Look into Your Eyes, Talks to you, NOT at YOU!

Dr. named by me tonight.
Sure I know it's long, but as of today fitting!
He is Donald Negroski M.D. Neurologist in Sarasota FL, a specialist in Multiple sclerosis, even lecture's on the topic and he even goes to the international seminars on MS.

He verified my use of my vitamin D3 and according to his criteria I have been using the correct amount.
We discussed my brain MRI that looked to him as if my lesions had increased by what he read, and he asked for us to arrange for him to get the CD's I had brought the reports, very thorough sounding to me.

I may try another MS medication, if my exacerbation's don't decrease, since the Copaxone although it has few side effects and no drug interaction to speak of it may have stopped being effective for me... I might need to try something else. I will be going back in three months. We discussed also weaning me down  on the Gabapentin to 900MG. from the 1200 MG. I am on. It's only 300 MG.; I think that is doable. I had weaned myself completely off once from 1800 MG. of Gabapentin, just last year and then not more than a few months off of 1200 MG., got all the way down to 150 MG. but then pain came to be unbearable, back on and now I will try definitely to reduce it to just 900MG. that is probably just right now, and then after I see him again in October discuss 600 MG., perhaps?
That might be how I have to do it.

Gabapentin also is a cause for weight gain he said, besides all those IV steroids! I knew that, validated again!
He seems to know his stuff and wants to work with me, not against me; as I felt that the others began to do.
Even his PA, Jennifer, took over the responsibility of my medication renewals with my pharmacies, Caremark for the Gabapentin and Baclofen, my MS used for meds and CVS Specialty, as well,  for the Copaxone as well as contacting Shared Solutions about my co-pay company; all seems like a well oiled machine in that office!
Night and day actually from the other neurologists.
Dr. Klein's, my M.D. Ophthalmologist's, individual practice is the only one whose office works as well as Dr. Negroski, now my neurologist, like my Dr. Nord's, my internist too, but she is not alone in that Millennium Group there are probably fifty doctors there, they are national i.e. Millennium Group.
Klein's office should bottle it for the other docs who want to be just one like him! We stopped by to pick up my extra lenses on our way home, and they were all ready to go home!

I75 VS. Route 41 for traveling from here to my doctor in Sarasota, Hubby and I had a disagreement on which would be faster. I, of course chose I75 the highway at 70 MPH, and for some  reason Hubby felt we would get there faster by RTE. 41, even at the fastest at 55 MHP and all those traffic lights, really, I know huh?

Guess who was right?

Going: I75 took us, one hour and seven minutes, 47.3 miles
Coming home: Rte. 41 took us, one hour and eleven minutes, 43.4 miles  (and yes we did subtract the side trip to pick up my lenses)

Doesn't really matter as you can see, not that big a deal?

Any-who, on that note of what's it all about Alfie, huh?... Allow me to be the very first to wish all of you a very happy good night and ask you all to count your blessings and share your overages and we will too!

And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!
