Another senseless tragedy and the feeling of helplessness,again...

Mornings come and mornings go, but no one ever forgets when your day begins with news of another horrendous obscene inhumanity to man from another individual man. The count is twelve dead, 59 injured in Aurora Colorado. All due to a shooter at a midnight in a 16-plex-theater showing The Dark Night, a Batman movie, in theater 9.It was playing in four of the theaters there.

What can one say, not a thing, but prayers for the ones in the hospitals and condolences for the families and friends of the dead, mostly children and teens.

No one could have known what was in the mind of the shooter, James Holmes, a twenty-four year-old, a drop out student of neuro-science, PhD student until a month ago.
Minds, of genius are often twisted.
And I am not saying that was his, no I do not want this cold hearted SOB to escape whatever punishment he rightfully deserves with a plea of insanity!

All those witnesses will surely be able to get justice served.

The alleged shooter, I know, but for legal reasoning I must state it that way, although we all know, also set up his apartment with explosives and trip wires, but told the officers.
And so, so far no one has been hurt by its overwhelming capabilities to destroy so much more, lives and his apartment building too. They have evacuated all the people who live in it, but still are waiting on the professionals to handle this delicate situation.

So many questions to be answered, like: why did he let the police officers take him in, since he was dressed in full protective gear to fight to his death or escape unscathed?
Why did he tell them about the trip wires etc. at his apartment?

This is not as usual as we have seen or heard about before.
None are ever exactly the same.
It kills me when the mayors’ tries to reassure communities with the same lament a single never happen again incident.
But I beg to differ with them, every time they say that it does happen again, may be not there but somewhere…
How truly sad that I have noticed this lie and no one else has.

There will always be people who are not all there in thought and deed for others, not just in war times but in peace times too.

Some want to blame the movies or TV with their violence for the lunacy of the few unstable people that go over the top with disturbing actions, sorry about that, and who take them for reality. I always believed that sex was not as severe an exploit, of course unless due to violence; while violence in itself is just not that entertaining and way too gratuitous with all the new CGI and so I prefer not to watch it.
But thankfully on either controversial topic infiltrated in our viewing they have not affected my behavior either way.
I suppose, I am more the norm than the miniscule amounts of persons that do not understand what is the difference between make believe and reality!
Although, I still think it is a cop-out to blame such things.

Our sons were able to watch most all films and have never committed a crime to my knowledge, kidding, never ever.

In closing, as the president said, hug those loved ones so much more than you could ever think of doing call them tell them what you think and why you care so much for them no matter what!

And don’t ever think that any tragedy has to remind you to do what he and everyone suggests, since we should all do it daily as part of our lives regularities…

On that note of so much sadness, allow me to ask you to kindly count all your blessings and share those overages and we will too!

And next time please be here or be square, ya hear?
