"You are known for being quick in action and decisions."

Aren’t fortune cookies great? That one was from a while ago but it was mine…now I guess I can toss it out, since I have a forever record of it right here, true?
I should have printed a few hundred of those and sent it on to our congress, drop it from the ceiling like confetti, ceiling, confetti; wait is this or could it be an underlying message there too? Positively brilliant and encouraging and the best part of it is it has no name on it, which could mean anyone could believe that it is theirs, hmm?

You see, I am still not quite clear.
Any day now Hubby’s social security deposit should come and so then I think I will know that we are temporarily all right, no increase or COLA, cost of living allowance, for the last few years though. So far his pension still gets that whopping 3% a year for its COLA, it came this month and every little bit helps.

Moving on…
We have had four named storms for the season, so far we have had Arlene, Bret, Cindy and Don and none of them have been of any major concern and not one has developed into a hurricane or even had any great effect on us or our surrounding states, thankfully. But on the horizon they feel that the one out in the Atlantic Ocean right now might be developing into Emily and could possibly be our first hurricane of this season of 2011, it also may very well be heading towards us! But we do have nearly a week to watch and wait and find out…
If at all interested in the rest of the chosen season names for our storms they are; Franklin, Gert, Harvey, Irene, Jose, Katia, Lee, Maria, Nate, Ophelia, Philippe, Rina, Sean, Tammy, Vince, and Whitney. Gosh, I see a few of my friends names on the list and it makes me feel like a Romper Room TV teacher, remember them? Hello to you all and behave! That’s not what they would say but as you may have realized I would be quite a different TV teacher, LOL!

Our NBC meteorologist is now discussing ‘spaghetti plots’, do any other people in the world know what that means? And no, it is not any new ‘Italian mysteries’, but it does remind me of the nickname they gave Clint Eastwood’s early western movies that were actually made in Italy, thus the name ‘Spaghetti Westerns’!
But our, ‘spaghetti plots’ are actually computerized stringy lines colored coded images of where the storms may go possibly, by scientific deductions created by the facts and the computer itself, I suspect and or think by my own deductions, got that?

You would think after living here full-time for nearly twenty-five years this coming 19th of this new month of August I would understand the lingo, huh?
All of us transplants still need cheat sheets for some of that.

Any-who, my sleeping these past few nights has been again compromised with wakefulness due to pain; my head, neck and stomach have all been misbehaving.
And unfortunately that has caused not a very restful night’s sleep, MS is not for sissies!
We all have the right to complain but not constantly and I seriously try not to, and sometimes I even get that right! LOL!

On that note of insolent behavior allow me to be the first to wish you all a very happy good night and ask you to count those blessings and to kindly share those overages and we will too!

And next time please be here or be square, ya hear?
