Good evening!

I hope this is large enough for my following to read. It occurred to me that perhaps the ones looking at this Blog may need reading glasses, being my peers, and making the print larger might help.

With my new bad vision this is an asset to me as well. Who said size doesn’t matter? In the written word it can help a great deal!

Any-who, today I felt darn exhausted and overdrawn in the sense of abilities usage; perhaps it could be blamed on me trying to do too much before Hubby awoke; I did dust and start making my famous 15 bean soup with brown rice all before he got up. Thank heaven for small food processors for helping with the chopping of onions, garlic, celery, carrots etc. It is a cure for what ails you; I like to think of it as minimally prevention.
Then I did my pool exercises for over an hour, showered, by after lunch I was whipped. Hubby went out for his hair cut, which I used to do, but since my MS has made my co-ordination iffy I stopped with the fear of maiming him.

I did try to nap when he left, but Casey needed to eat, and since he has been ill he is on a special prescription soft diet, which cannot be left out, it needs refrigeration, not like his old indoor cat hard kibbles always had been out, and so he is being fed on demand, not unlike an infant, thus my exhaustion. Then for some unknown reason Charley our thirty year old Cockatiel began fussing and so I had to check his food and water that were just fine and full, but his cage toy was apparently blocking his view of his food. Once moved he still fussed so I moved him closer, could he be losing his eyesight as well?
Senior pets are not that unlike us senior people!
Consequently, I never did get a nap so I had a second cup of coffee which these days is highly unusual, but I gave up on the nap since when I did try again Hubby returned in fine spirits loudly letting me know that he was home. Then I gave up for the rest of the day.
I have been irritable ever since and feeling poorly sort of achy all over; probably need to have some more of my soup.
You know the type of irritability where anything anyone says or does begins wearing on those last exposed nerves, yep that’s it! So when asked about dinner I was extremely short tempered, and did not want to have anything to do with the process. Hubby is more than capable of preparing it himself, but he wanted my input and I didn’t want any part of it.
Oh well, it is over with now, and was not that exciting for me, and I didn’t finish it, and since I am still rather very tired I will bid you all good night and to all take care, be safe, and count those blessings, and I will try to find mine…but later, OK?
