Slowly the project goes in this pseudo normalcy world told by this pseudo normalcy gal! (As well as a small political commentary.)

Now one might ask why barn doors in a shabby chic, cottage, coastal, country-styled home... bet you can't say that three times fast, chic, cottage, coastal, country, chic, cottage, coastal, country, chic, cottage, coastal, country! No one remembered where I was hiding the country???

Below shows where!!! Now you know.

Below, Hubby put in a header for the five additional inches needed.

Internal thicker depth trim.

Secure nailing board above the door opening, below.

Metal rail for door secured, below.

Stops put on.

Outer clam molding on either side of the door opening attached/added.

Moving on...

Pink cotton candy-colored clouds this morning out our front windows, towards the north!

With a pretty nice sunrise below that towards the east.

Moving on again...

I do not know  Amy Coney Barrett, all I do know about her is she is the same age as our Number One Son and has the same first name as our niece but spelled differently, and she is of the same faith Catholic that my husband was born into, and we are both mothers. There are similarities stop; so I am told... she is a well educated, professor, attorney, and judge. Me, college drop out, went back three or four times and did get CEUs in many different things, but a Jackie of many trades, excelling in some! She as I said, young and a conservative, me old and a liberal.

So here's the deal, she is nominated in a life position for the rest of her life, does she get that? Does she really want that? How could anyone at that age want to spend the entire rest of their life, till death do you part type of job???

To me never! (If I was young, i.e.)

Although, it is said to be ever-changing.

I would become bored.

I think that she could leave, quit if it interfered with her children and lifestyle.

What goes through my mind is the fact that she tips the judicial scales way too far to the right! That the judicial system would then our most important one would consistently lean heavily off to that one side, the right, decisions would not be fair nor just!!!

This coulda shoulda waited for the election to be over.

We must all agree we all need balance in life!

And this is NOT it!

I want to vote NO NOW!!!

Oh, wait, we don't get a vote!!!

Is that fair???

If we waited till the election then we would have that vote!!!

Moving on once more...

And now without any further ado moving on again to...

FOR PRESIDENT & VP NEXT!

VOTE FOR JOE & Kamala! VOTE FOR JOE & Kamala! VOTE FOR JOE & Kamala! VOTE FOR JOE & Kamala! VOTE FOR JOE & Kamala!

What a great team! THE WINNING TEAM!!!

Sanity runs in their families, decency and kindness, and smarts! Plenty of experience too! Did I mention EXPERIENCE! And level headed clear thinking!
