I had my follow-up to my thoracic radiofrequency ablation six weeks ago. The follow-up was with Gina the nurse practitioner at the Southwest Florida Pain Center. I mentioned that I fall too much and that it did not seem to help this time, its second time for that section of me. My cervical or neck region had been done once too a year and a half ago.

The only thing left was to have steroid injections in specific locations with an MRI to be done for locations to inject to be exacted. But unfortunately, my steroid experiences I have had these last few times were very negative issues. Raising my glucose and causing my kidneys to be compromised. And without that, I am normal in those areas healthy!

Gosh, I have enough wrong with me without adding all the rest!

From there we went over to Home Depot across the street from the doctor's office.
Hubby needed a new hose sprayer and they had many choices but he knew what he wanted... easy peasy when that happens. I got a Simple Green cleaner for our marble vanities.

Then to lunch at Paneras.I got their twofer of creamy tomato soup and a chili Southwest salad. I ate less than half and the rest came home. The apple was eaten.
Hubby had their potato soup and macaroni with their famous bread.

After that, we went over to Wally's World, and parking spaces were fun finding a couple times around the lot and we finally got lucky with one right where we needed one! A handicap in front of the entrance to the pharmacy our first stop!

We had an OTC medicine Metamucil was enormous in the brand but Hubby found the larger one in the generic at the same price!
Although, Mederma for scars changed now there are two one for new scars and one for old scars and it was cheaper by two dollars for the old scars one, and that is more what I needed anyway.
I have no idea if there is a generic in Mederma because I forgot to look.

Then a few grocery items of eggs and milk and OJ etc. cheese and meats etc.

And HOME again lovingly and safely to our fur babies in our mini manse.
