Progress on the project looks slower than it is!

The pictures below show you what I was explaining last night about the black pollen from the pepper tree in the empty lot next door!
This was a white roof!
The boards underneath looked not to be too bad, and so maybe they will be salvageable for another project. And that is why this project actually started weeks ago. Hubby had to go through all items in  the shed, and decide if they were useful or not? Here you can see the tar paper that was underneath the white shingles ripped off the boards by Hubby.

Thought I would throw a more pleasant picture below in of our first yellow lily in our pond of the season! ( taken from inside in the sunroom by me, too hot for me to go out)
The amazing thing is that due to us being in our usual dry season that means low humidity and so the water in our swimming pool and our manmade 1100 gallon fish pond lose water daily, so we must add in additional water.

The pond was extremely low, but all our large fish passed on from old age or as a tasty morsel for a large heron or osprey, the only fish left in our pond are mosquito eaters, and although they're many they are extremely tiny! So they do not mind the low depth of their pond, but right now it looks so sadly shallow, and to see that glorious yellow bloom was just lovely, so I shared!

Happy good night all!

Count your blessings and we will too!

And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!

I will be.
