Mysterious call from my new internist's office this morning...

asking me to come in this week to discuss my recent blood work, huh?
To me it looked extremely good!
The woman on the other end of the line said yes mostly, but there were a few that weren't.
Huh?
How to burst my non-medical degree fat dumb and happiness bubble!
Geez, I have been riding on a high upside until that ominous phone call early this morning, yes before office hours.
Wonder if they were going to ask me to come in today?
Oh well, they gave me two other times on another day.
I chose the earlier one, wouldn't you?
Why aren't they telling me over the phone?
Scary!

Trying to move on...
But darn couldn't they just say that all is fine over the phone, and only ask you to come in if there were a real bad problem?
Why on a little one?

I did notice some of my blood work numbers were not that so-called perfect, a few were a bit lower and some were slightly higher than in the range for normal, but nothing that far in either direction... why would they worry me, a known WORRY-WART!
WHY???
HA!
And I was sooooooooooooooo happy... see they cause the stress, not us!

When I did not hear back last week after I called when I was told my results had been sent to them from LabCorp the day after the blood was drawn, and that usually indicates that all is well or there is a BIG PROBLEM!
Nothing indicated either, more leaning toward all was well and Friday when I could access and print the results from the lab, comparing to previous ones done there it really looked fantastic.
Best cholesterol ever!
Kidneys humming like a kid.
No indication of a B-12 deficiency at all that initiated the test mostly my dentist diagnosis of my tongue, saying it was pernicious anemia, yep scary? Now why did he think that? Telling me to contact my doctor/internist immediately for an appointment. Even when he said my mouth was healthy, it never occurred to me that had anything to do with anemia, my blood.

His fault really if unnecessary.
Plus my new internist said as I left his office that first time, back in January that he was concerned how I was handling the B-12, he stated some people it goes right through in pill form.

When I looked up pernicious anemia that night after the dentist mentioned it, and it had to with not utilizing B-12 properly through your system.
So that scared me enough to call for an appointment the next day.

Innocent bystander here, allowing the pros to put ideas in my head.

Anyway, I suppose I will find out, sooner rather than later, hmm?
I had agreed to go in.

That is what is on this wee mind that I speak from, huh?

Happy good night all!

Count your blessings and we will too!

And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!

Stay tuned...I will be.
