Sharing what solutions? NONE!
Three times I had requested their courtesy sunscreen lotion, pocket book sized just right, and three times they did not send it, but... the first time they sent those tiny guillotine gadgets that snap the needle off your injection medication needle after it is used. I do not need them, I have sharps containers, and a few of those that I had requested years ago and besides I did not even request them this time, but they were sent along with the ice/heat packs that I did request, and on that same invoice paperwork it stated that the sunscreen was included, but it was not!
Now when I call them they say they sent it out on April 19th, but of course they did not!
I had called them back immediately the day the other items arrived and told them so.
So I tried again and called last week and they said alright, and today my long awaited package arrived, and again it was NOT what I had requested, it was instead two lip balms in Chapstick-like shapes dispensers!
ANNOYING!
Are people so dishonest that they cannot simply get a, "request", correct due to keeping it for themselves, for I am beginning to think that is what has happened! Nooooooooooooo!
Now I am obsessed with acquiring these little prizes that apparently are most coveted by EVERYONE!
Not too small and not too big so never wasted always used all up, not like the smallest ones from the drugstores that after six months you must toss!
After nearly eight years of using Copaxone, at a cost of 6K a month, equalling, $576,000 paid by insurance, of course, but still! We don't even make the 6K a month of income. (PS nothing should cost that much!) They are the division for support called Shared Solutions, of TEVA Pharmaceutical that manufactures Copaxone.
I think I have an itsy bitsy right to feel entitled for two tiny 3 oz. squirt tubes of sunscreen, why not, I ask you?
Not much in life have I felt entitled for, and I hate snobs.

People who think they are better than you, you know what I mean?
We as human beings are all equal!
No better or worse, and should be treated as such!
So what gives?
Do they think I am lying about receiving them and just trying to get more?
They can search my home, seriously!

I just want some of those, meaning two, adorable perfectly able to distribute of the right increments of lotion to skin ratio, cremie not greasy, SPF correct, white gold that allows you to collect the healthy part of the sun, not the nasty stuff, a necessary ointment of protection so help me GOD!
WHEW! HA!
Done for now, and so I wait for my next arrival of what I have no idea?
I will just cross my fingers!
Or call after done here and ask to speak to a SUPERVISOR!

JUST IN! Spoke to Wayne an Australian in Kansas and Supervisor for Shared Solutions, quite receptive to my concerns and will address the problems by sending me sunscreen! YAY! Hope he is as honest as he sounds! Still crossing my fingers!
