Puppy school drop out!

Everything written in the letter/email sent this afternoon and republished below is from our own personal experiences, others experiences might very well be entirely different with an organization that has existed for thirty years, i.e. Peace River Dog Fanciers.
But as a disclaimer I can only write from our, Hubby's and mine, honest opinion perspective.

Hello XXXXX,

Unfortunately, my husband and I have decided to not continue in you S.T.A.R. class given by XXX @ 6:30 P.M. Wednesdays, with three more to go, i.e. including tonight.
After considerable discussion due to concern over some, a couple of puppies becoming dangerously vicious, when passed around and also in the free for all play area. Although, no one has been harmed people or puppies we are concerned that it could happen in those situations. Plus the actual training is not quite what we had thought it would be progressing, it is a bit too much repetition in our opinions.
Hopefully, these issues will be looked at by your organization to be dealt with in the future.
Not all puppies are the same temperament or size and of course we understand that and I am sure you do too. We did notice that others had dropped out for their own reasons.
It would be interesting to find out why?
The class is much different than what I remembered back in 2004-05 when our Bichon Skipper took the class.

Good luck with the program.

Sincerely,

XXX AND XXXXX XXXXXXX, Aussie's parents

Sadden by these recent turn of events and wonder what else we can do to better Aussie's learning curve in the near future.

Any ideas?

Good night all.

And next time please be here or be square, ya hear.
