I know that I promised that I wouldn't, but...

Foraminal stenosis of the cervical region( narrowing of the vertebral openings that house the foramina/spinal nerve roots as they branch off the spinal cord) , cervical spondylosis ( age related wear and tear), and cervicalgia( neck pain) are all my diagnoses. None are great!
It is true that my thoracic region is barely severe in comparison with those two bulges, but still those two are due to incidents of injury, not age related and stenosis has formed there too.

Many physicians these days have these enabled online portals so that you can access your own medical files and tests etc.
And the pain management center set mine up today via email with me, thus my actual diagnoses declared by this physician.
And two medications listed were wrong.
I am still waiting for them to call back on that mistake when I have no idea how they got that info, since I always bring a list of all my current medications, including allergies with me, as well as my surgeries, and other doctors listed, as we all should. That is something the state health department taught me back in 2004 to teach in my self help class. And before you go in they make copies at their front desk that goes back to them! Plus the nurse once inside, in a room she goes over again everything with you while you wait for the doctor to come in? Doesn't make any sense. You would think it would be foolproof? But NOooooooooooooo! They said they got the info from the doctor who referred me; than why bother with asking? Or in their case fill out so many pages, twelve, of questions as well?

Moving on... while waiting for a call that might not come until tomorrow.

Weird phone conversations: To Shared Solutions, TEVA my Copaxone support from me asking what happened to my request twice for their courtesy sunscreen? Last time I had called they shipped needle snappers, great when you do not have sharps boxes, and cold/heat packs. I did request the packs, but not the snappers, and the invoice even claimed the sunscreen was in the order, but it wasn't, so a month ago I called them and told them and they said that they would send them again, like I was lying... April that was, still nothing so I called them today, and this time it said that I had requested for NOTHING TO BE MAILED/SENT to me! I had said years ago all the literature that after all these years I do not need anymore to just throw away, and they decided now that I meant EVERYTHING!!!!! And so again I tried to order those "courtesy" sunscreen handbag sized products. I got a bit annoyed with the attitude of its just being a courtesy item, and therefore a freebie! In eight years at 6K a month for this medication, that is over a half a million dollars they have been paid by my insurance for their product, why cannot I have two tiny tubes of sunscreen without having to beg!
The large bottles they sell everywhere, end up being thrown away due to their sheer size and lasting only six months!
I was annoyed, again.
Then we ordered dinner to be picked up, and Hubby decided he wanted a deep dish pizza and I decided on lobster lo mein, both restaurants within a block of one another.
My China City order was taken, and all I said is that it was to be picked up but never said by Hubby and they hung up and did not even ask our name or number and did not say how long? So I called back, and this was rather weird nice, he said that he knew who it was, and ten minutes!
Hubby with his order was with another clone of Gracie's for when he said he wanted a deep dish plain pie and asked for it to be cooked a little better than last time since it was raw in the middle. The woman on the other end of the line did not understand anything Hubby said, you want raw dough, no sauce? Hubby asked to speak to the manager, and she apologized and took the order. When Hubby  arrived an Asian man was telling the person behind the counter in Little Caesars that his order was all wrong! He had wanted four pies all different and what he got was one pie with his four requests all on the one pie! They had to straighten that one out too as he patiently waited, I lied not so patient! Neither would I be. Who could blame him. Hey Little Caesars Charlotte Harbor store get someone else to answer your phone!
 
And lastly, during dinner we seem to always get those annoying robo calls, but this time it was my Specialty Humana Pharmacy calling to deliver my Copaxone.
 They called me but asked me all personal info to verify who I am? HUH? They called me! I postponed that order, still on no Copaxone experiment.

Even the two fortune cookies were odd, nice he gave us two for one item ordered, but mine particularly did seem off, "You crack me up? Pick another fortune." Hubby's was a bit more apropos, "Wealth does not buy you wisdom."
OKAY! And so very true!
