Home and Garden Show, Farmers Market, murals, and lunch at Provisions F.M. Don's inside!

Charlotte Harbor Events and Conference Center in Punta Gorda Florida!
Home and Garden Show

Where we had to park! Thankfully the Farmers' Market is just a few blocks south of the Event's Center.
Our walk/roll to the Farmer's Market continued from the Event's Center.

To lunch! A block from the Farmers' Market!
Hubby's roast beef au jus, and mine was Fisherman's chowder with mussels, shrimp, fish and clams, and the fresh fruit salad was Hubby's, but he shared. Most of mine, soup that is, did come home!
Lying next to my chowder is my hand cleaner dispenser that is refillable; got it years ago at a health fair. Makes it easier for me these days, no need to rush to a lavatory every time I need to wash my hands, hmm? A wee bit harder now with my ride.
Kerry, our server below, is from Toms River NJ, we were her neighbor in Lacey Township! But of course she is younger than how long we have been living here. She said she is 23 and has been in Florida for 17 years though, and we live here in Florida nearly 32 years, ha! You do the math. What do you know...Another Jersey Girl!
Lunch was great, no difference from when this place was Jacks on Marion! The menu is quite similar too!
Aussie was allowed inside due to his vest, and that was great due to the heat of 87 degrees outside! Here Aussie is eating his Nutro Essentials Puppy Chow of Chicken Brown Rice and Sweet Potatoes and no GMOs, with his side of water! We had the "house water", ha, with limes. I always ask for lime when I know they have a bar. I had heard somewhere that lime is less acidic than lemon... who knows. I use it at home though too.

Below, this mural is in front of the old courthouse in Punta Gorda, the county seat.

Happy good night to all!

And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!
