So we had another one of those days...

You know the one, when you leave your manse, in our case our mini manse, yup just Hubby, Aussie Awesome and moi.
Another doctor for me, my six month pulmonologist appointment the doc who takes care of my sleep Apnea and Asthma ills.
All seems to be in check, my CPAP and Breo and an emergency inhaler are doing their fine jobs.
After that we went over to the DQ and picked up some grilled burgers with everything on them and one small fry; we had our beverages of water and club soda, as well as Aussie's Nutro with chicken rice and sweet potatoes and without GMO's and his boiled water!
Our decision before I went into the doc's office was to use our just received coupon from DQ, buy one get one free, so lunch for two came in at... drum roll please...AT $5.65!
Oddly enough, I could not finish my burger at all so I handed it off to Hubby and he ate all of his plus nearly three quarters of mine, and the rest of the fries...WOW!
We had chosen to go over to the Pavilion in the Bayshore Park on the Peace River, but on our side of the bridge, called Charlotte Harbor, to eat our lunches and that is exactly what we did do!

It is still pretty over there in spite of the donated painted park benches appearing to need a bit of TLC, they are made of wood.
They were mostly swaying like an old mare's back.
And at the end of the several block park that winds along the waterfront it abruptly ends with demolition and construction going on for the future home of The Sunseeker Resort, being built by Allegiant Airline with a date of completion of December 2019?

Used to be a cottage motel where Hubby and Aussie are looking behind the fence, all gone now.

Tasty Bread used to be there, above, moved years ago.

One of those fancy mini golf places has been demolished too on the Tamiami Trail also, all for the twenty acre resort.
Guess they are getting it done, machines angrily doing the demos.

After lunch we went over to the Publix shopping center and used one of those machines to make Aussie Awesome a cute tag in the Pet Supermarket there, with his name and phone number. I liked this one especially, since it appeared handsome and unique like him! Lastly Hubby went in this time to Publix for this and that's as well as three of my prescriptions, one stop shopping! We made leftover corned beef into Reubens tonight Swiss, sour Kraut and special sauce, Russian dressing, homemade with mayo, ketchup and relish, then grilled in pan,... mmmm, mmmm, good, and a great BIG YUM!

Aussie Awesome's new name tag, his personal info is on the other side, all made by a machine that etches your desire as you enter the info like magic, ha! Three magic coins attained from the check out when you pay for them, make the tag yours. Ta DA!
This dude and dudette below to me they looked like throwbacks, (hey it's throwback Thursday, what a coincidence),... to the sixties with their hairstyles, which all are now, age wise, ha, are newbies to our area from upstate NY, and I found their mode of transport rather neat too, hybrid bikes. Looking a little bit like beach cruisers that our sons had used on Daytona Beach with those chubby tires, but that neon green and they convert simply to battery use by pedal power, nice rides for oldsters.

Happy good night to all!

And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!
