Holding our breaths

A project is possibly in the works.
That will either be a go or a no.
Anyone who has been in business understands that.
Still after all these years of making deals... not like our Twitter happy so-called Pres. but little ones that can change things now just for Hubby and I.
Sure I would love to say something, but as usual the jinx factor looms large in my soul, darn it!
Hush, and I will tell you all by tomorrow at the latest which way it went, okay?

Moving on...

Yep, those butterflies are playing havoc with my tummy.
I did ask our new doctor about my continuing stomach issues and he also feels that I should go back to the 20 mg. of Nexium twice a day, as my gastroenterologist told me to too. I blamed the news that said it was a killer medication, and I believed them.

Believe it or not his name is Luis Casanova, yes that same historic name.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Giacomo_Casanova https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/Casanova
You would have thought that with the way women are telling the horrors of experiences with all those womanizers in all walks of life that his name would have concerned me when on my search for another internist.

But no, oddly enough he is both our doctors, and a geriatric internist and we double tag teamed him in the two times we have seen him, meaning with our one brain, we tease so we listen better, we are both there seeing him at the same time. Not worried at all! Our first time was getting to know each other and getting refills for certain meds, second was for the blood work results, so no hospital gowns or top to bottom exams, excuse the expression. We do have body part doctors for most everything else anyway.

Hubby and I so far feel he is a fine doctor who listens and informs very clearly.
He says he realizes that finding the right personalities that go well enough together is not that different with doctor and patient as with a marriage. Methinks he aced his bedside manner class!
And yet he is only about ten years younger than us, and shares the building that they own with his doctor wife, a pediatrician, see decent docs.
I hope so anyway.

That is all for tonight folks... but stay tuned!

Who knows what lurks in our thought to be ordinary lives, hmm?

Happy good night to all and to all share your blessings and we will too!

And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!
