Plantar Fasciitis and tendinitis!

Went back to Dr. Tracy, my podiatrist today and my x-ray and MRI of my foot showed the results of the title as both my thought to be problems/diagnosis as plantar fasciitis and tendinitis to be actually what they were, got that?
I go back again in two more weeks to be checked, and to see if I need another cortisone shot, meanwhile I was told to keep my boot on.
Ya know something...I am so over the attraction of the boot. Sure it's a conversation starter, but then what, really?
Too much, blah, blah, blah about me and my boo boos, ya know?

I am ready to move on! So... without further ado...

Moving on...

Any-who, after there we went over to Beall's Outlet that on Monday adds 15%  off to their already great deals.
I don't know what is happening, but every time we buy plain but very fluffy white bath towels they get holes in them, and no, as much as I would like to I do not bleach them, since you are told not to and I do not use Clorox for laundry anymore, only Clorox 2 if need be! And for these last couple of years I was wondering why it is that the materials they make of white bedding, towels and even clothing out of that is not allowing us to be bleach them any longer; I truly wonder why that is?

As part of my educational background goes to become a buyer, at LIM, we had an entire class on textiles too.
So although the materials used appear to be all the same the washing directions that are absolute on NOT using bleach and that seems quite odd to me, since it was never a problems in the old days.

Sadly and annoyingly even without using bleach my fluffy white towels seem to get holes no matter what I gently wash them in, and so that is why we bought four more bath towels, the hand towels and wash cloths are hole-less for some unknown reason, so we are well stocked on them.

Our last stop was to Winn Dixie for odds and ends and for prepared meals of chicken flavored wings and ribs, salads etc., and home again!

Last night for a cruise we did go out a bit late as the sun had set, so no pictures were to be had.
Still dolphin searching, since the hurricane, actually before and we have not seen any. We used to see them often. But that is not going to stop me from keeping my eyes looking for them and hoping!

Over the years we have seen many dolphins on both coasts as well as once in our very own canal, an entire pod of dolphins, as well as manatees, and manta rays too!
We love to watch wild life, who doesn't really?
In person even more so than on TV.

On that note of free enjoyment by just keeping our eyes open, allow me to be the very first to wish all of you a very happy good night and ask you all to kindly share all your blessings and we will too!

And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!
