We got very lucky again!

But sadly too many others did not.
Two grandparents in their late fifties died in Manasota County in a little hamlet called Duette in their mobile home and five people were hospitalized there too.
Siesta Key in Sarasota County had another tornado come through destroying very well constructed homes with an EF2 tornado, 135 mph. A Venice street fair did not fair well at all, art work was strewn all over.
Many lost power in several neighborhoods in many south west counties.
Just five miles north from here another tornado (possibly hit in Murdock nearby the shopping area, but trees were the only uprooted problems, I think so far there.)

Again, we are very lucky only our giant owl over looking the fish pond was the only thing disturbed in our whole backyard. He had fallen off his perch on the waterfall, but onto the lawn not even into the pond.
We did have some winds measuring 51 mph gust.
Naples sixty miles south of here had a 84 mph gust, turning a private jet's nose up, snobby?

All in all we have had too much for January of this odd weather hope that we are finally done!
Usually we have to contend with these types of storms in the summers, never in all the nearly thirty years that we have lived in Florida that I can recall this happening at this time of year.
And I hope it will stop!

Moving on...

The Democratic Debate is tonight.
Only three candidates vying for the winning position to go on and duel to the end with the GOP winner, whomever that might be for the grand prize of either four or eight years of watching your hair turn grey and for your fellow Americans to question their final decision of that vote they made back when you got in that to them was a mistake that they now regret by the numbers poll of your popularity rating going to an all time low. Odd how that matters more than the job you consistently tried to fulfill, but had too many idiots standing literarily in your way causing detours to finish them all!
Regrets, yep many do have them that is
...on both sides of the presidential candidates as well as their constituents who chose them.
No one gets a do over soon enough. And just when you think they might have gotten it right and you vote them back in you, not me, think Oops no you didn't!
I know my choice was right and I do not feel I made a mistake, but enough about me...
It's  your choices that mean the most, and appear to have the most regrets.
To me it seems everyone dislikes their choice after the honeymoon period is over, and he, since we have not yet voted in a she,  seem to percentage wise after a certain time do not care for your candidate, and that baffles me.
Not taking into consideration that our government methodology needs a major overhaul and that perhaps too many opposing ideas cause the clear cut decision making not to always be able to break through.
Just my opinion, not MY candidate's fault but the opposing teams narrow mindedness and stubbornness to allow change for the better, or just plain ole fashioned nasty disgusting racism.

On this note of yep, she DID say that, allow me to be the very first to wish all of you a very happy healthy safe good night and ask you all to kindly count all your blessings and share all your overages with you know whom and we will too!

And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!
