Where do I begin

Hubby took the A-SUS back to the Geek Squad at Best Buy and a man around his age showed him that the wire we had that did fit but was not bought for this phone it was bought for our old ones why it did not fit...and he plugged in a different one and it worked with uploading everything from the phone while Hubby was there.
And so this magical cord that did work Hubby was told that is what he needed for ours to work here at home too and so he spent fifteen more bucks, at this point if it works why not, but when he got home it didn't!
CRAZY!
Any-who, I said call them back, and he said the man said he normally would have to charge him for this beneficial help; I think NOT!
Now is a very good time to either return this thing and its wire or make them show us what to do without a charge...the damn thing is four days old!

So tomorrow I do believe after speaking just now with Hubby that they can have the...
Oh wait just spoke withe the Operations Manager Patrick he could not be nicer in trying to resolve the situation.
The outcome is the Geek Manager Penny will call us tomorrow to try get all problems fixed.
All this with our local Port Charlotte Florida Best Buy store.
Oddly enough we chose them so we could get help if need be, and at four days old they continually stated that all help was a charge, on the phone and in the store, but alas OM Patrick stated that is not policy!

So we will see what we will see, and now due to the lateness I will be closing tonight and asking all of you to please have a good night and count all your blessings and share all those overages with you know whom and we will too!

PS if the store keeps its promise that would change our personal feelings tremendously, one can only hope so.
