Better?

Both PICS are from Hubby's phone.
These pictures show all of you where our pool is in proximity in our backyard, yep I could practically fall into it, hmm, (that is our sun-room door and the little window is in my shower one from my bath and the larger one is the guest-room's, it has two the other around the corner) and our cooling sitting area; there is a paddle fan under the overhang on the ceiling, but apparently the PIC was taken lower so you cannot see it, but it is there.

Also the shade cloth over the pool is the white thing at the top of both PICS and it extends over the entire pool area. I also wear a straw hat as well as sunglasses and 50SPF sunscreen! How cute is that? Not really, bud dump bum...
My transformer walker/transporter sits as if a sentry where it can take over when I my need an assist for easy in and out at the top of the steps there; of course the railing does its part too.
The yellow band is my second one from my PT days for my shoulder exercises; the first fell apart just the other day.
The foam dumbbells floating loose are quite useful for resistance under the water for my shoulders and arms as well as nice floats when held out while kicking my legs.
The ladder/ railing at the deep end I use for push ups and offs as well as my ballet bar for leg raises, circles, back and forth motions as well as jogging in place, etc. I am still doing two half hours with a rest in between. The rest of the pool I use for laps and walking across and around of course.

Although, these last few days I have been watering my seedlings with rain barrel water and trimming back that fast growing bougainvillea alongside my ceramic pots on the planter ladder instead of actually resting. And yes that is the same bougainvillea that used to go straight across framing the patio, see it lives after being cut back, but now more contained! Too many critters enjoyed its location, bird nests were fine it was the wasps and rats that we did not like!
Thankfully NO MORE RATS, but the wasps continually try to rebuild their nests and Hubby removes them from behind our chairs even as well as our bar cart in the corner of the patio where I rest our radio for musical accompaniment for my exercise program.

I do try to go out every morning at the same time, but I prefer to wait until it is at least eighty degrees F, but with the pool water at the upper end of eighties now the contrast is lovely!

On that note of living our lives just one foot in front of the other, like all of you, allow me to be the very first to wish all of you a very happy good night and ask all of you to kindly count all your blessings and to share all your overages with you know whom and we will too!

And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!
