Size issue and upping my reps happened!

I never told you guys about what happened after I washed my thrift shop bargain of $3 and so I did try it on and WOW! It was gigunda! And I got real excited, but didn't say a word to Hubby, since my next step, figuratively, was to look at the label, and GEEZ!
The damn thing was two sizes larger than MY SIZE! Excitement diminished rapidly, joy of my two weeks of workouts realization that it hadn't worked that fast... And a feeling of extreme stupidity overtook me. You see, I no longer try on clothes in dressing rooms due to the wheelchair and so I know my size with most all manufacturers in most all the stores I shop in, mostly Beall's and its outlet and so usually I just can be pushed toward a rack of my size and choose what I like and voila I take it home and it will usually fit! That is of course as long as the clothing is put in the right size location, and really I should have known better, why retail merchandising is what I am made of and part of and educated in and worked in and managed in, and PEOPLE are notorious for NOT putting things back where they belong! My goof...EGG ON MY Face...

But at only three bucks I was willing to just give them the blouse, T shirt, back, after all it is a not for profit organization, but they were willing to make an exchange and even if I did not find anything they were willing to refund my money, since I did save my receipt!

But I did look and found another blouse in a motif with two shades of blues in the design and so that is what I took in trade, but I did trade up and owed them the difference of a whole dollar and seven cents, which I gladly paid.

And this time both Hubby and I doubled checked the size and it is mine, and due to its consistent need for privacy, my size that is, it will need to remain anonymous, you all understand, you know how it is, right? I am sure that you have all been there and done that yourselves, true?

Before the lovely return situation, and for you locals just a head's up that was at the Cultural Center of Port Charlotte, any-who I did get my workout done at the rehab/gym!
And as I had promised myself, Hubby and all of you, that I would up my reps today, and so I did!
On the arm cycle I am now at seven and half minutes in each direction; giving me a total of fifteen minutes just on there and on the total gym I have increased my reps from just two sets of twenty five with a rest in between and now I am doing thirty-five rest and another thirty-five totaling out to seventy and last but not least, after just two weeks of my return engagement to the GYM/REHAB I am doing twenty-five and twenty-five in either direction with that pull down thingy from just twenty each way! TA DA! If that's not progress in a good way, I don't know what is!

That is how I will leave you tonight with my note of a better happier day and with only one sour note and that is that my HAPPY song lost to another GREAT song, aptly title for this tonight's offering..."LET IT GO!" my anthem for the new me? Who knows, only time will tell...?
Anyway, allow me to be the very first to wish all of you a very happy good night and kindly count all your blessings and share all those overages with you know who and we will too!

And next time please be here or be square, ya hear?
