Action packed day!
To begin with I finally left our lovely cheerfully décor abode to venture out via Hubby's transport to see how much gray was still actually located in my personal northern hemisphere, translation my dome/head. Good or weird news, of someone of my advancing age, none was to be seen, and this from my personal hairstylist! But alas what did appear when my golden locks were removed by a very near shearing was a dark coloration...I suppose many would call brown or chocolate, yep that's it and I do so love anything chocolate; I could be considered a chocoholic. And from now until I find some golden enhancing products that are of the all natural variety that do not hurt my dome-dom, noggin, I will consider myself chocolate headed!
Hubby had to take care of his yearly fasting blood work and so he dropped off after that my new health insurance card to be copied and to verify that they would be taking care of setting up my physical therapy sessions, and the nurse, Barbie said to Hubby that we had talked, meaning with me, and she knew where I wanted to go and would take care of it right away.
My hair salon is in the same shopping center as the rehab/gym where I was going to go back to for my fifteenth session of PT.
And so after my haircut I called from our car just around the corner to the rehab. I asked if they had received the FAX and they had not and this was about two or three hours after Hubby spoke with the nurse in my neuro's office, just around noon by then.
When we did not receive a call from the rehab by three thirty, I called and Trish who is in-charge of such things there, checked her fax and said that it just came in at 3:15 P.M. and the prescription said that it was for my cervical stenosis and spondylosis, not my herniated lumbar disc!
I called Barbie and she said that is what was in the doctor's notes from my last visit, since my MRI and herniated disc was after that she had not put them in, although she wrote the prescription for the MRI and also received the results and said when she got them that is why she wanted me in PT! Barbie seemed to remember when I refreshed hers, and swore she would correct her mistake before she was to leave by four thirty today... so far at nearly six no one has contacted me... I suppose I will hear tomorrow?
I have been waiting for over a month to take care of this, crazy!
Oh well...moving on... since all the above might be moot...
At 3:57 P.M. an earthquake of 5.0 magnitude struck with the epicenter twenty-three miles off of the coast of Cuba today.
The vibrations could be felt south and west of here, in the Keys, Boca Raton, and even in Cape Coral, buildings are being checked
as I write tonight. No Tsunami warnings, thankfully!
And no damage or injuries reported.
On that what the heck note, allow me to be the very first to wish all of you a very happy good night and ask you to kindly count all your blessings and share all your overages with you know who and we will too!
And next time please be there or be square, ya hear!
PS back to the seventies today, YAY!
