Over the years many of us tell ourselves when the New Year arrives I will be doing this or that differently or doing something that I never tried before or think that I need to be more something... you know the routine; so I know that I don't have to tell you what you may have done during your lifetime; do I?
But for myself I have never lived such a strict or stringent determination of transformation of me, ya know?
Sure the betterment projects usually or should start with one's self, true?
But is that saying that anyone else truly cares that you're so despicable a human being that you need such an extreme upgrade/makeover, really?
Most of us just want to do things that are healthier, smarter
and make wiser choices, including with our finances!
Although, logic tells us that these concepts should be something that we could have thought of doing all year round, hmm?
And so for truth be told I have never ever made any that is that I recall...
Today, though I did give the whole idea a new look-see and thought that why not try a few that might be not that stressful to maintain but could be beneficial without much hoopla, what do you think?
I CAN'T HEAR YOU!
That's okay, I will spill anyway...
Now they are not that exciting but good tries for the minimal minded...
1. chew each bite of food forty times. (so my tummy might feel a bit better. I have a too fast eating habit from those working days)
2. get outside into the world ( I have not been out of the house for months, since October 21st, 2013; except to the doctors)
3. find a 2014 calendar before 2015 (it seems no one gives them away anymore)
4. get back to the rehab/gym for rehab physical therapy, since even though I herniated my lumbar disc on November 26. 2013 it still is not better!
5. tell people that it is OKAY not to be HAPPY all of the time!
(stop making people feel guilty! Being half blind and in pain and in a wheelchair are good reasons to be able to complain and if others don't like to "hear you", too bad for them!)
Now that's a great beginning; there could be more as the days and weeks go on...maybe, maybe not, who knows, who cares?
I'll tell you who, only you!
On that note that is basically me doing my sticking out of my adult tongue, but with only love intended, but not Miley stuff, too weird from me and allow me to be the very first to wish all of you a very happy good night and ask all of you to kindly count all your blessings and share all those overages with you know who and we will too!
And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!
This just in: Hubby spoke with number one and we got our no frills calendar from our suites program...I will still be looking, no panache!
