Sure we all know that as time marches on we grow so much closer to the day of reckoning, yes, ever so much closer to the reality of the naughty or nice challenges for those little ones. They all know who is watching them besides Mommy and Daddy, yep, the cops, kidding, but not really, since for some that could be the case, really? Of course not yours! I knew that.
Santa is watching, no question about that, and he is the final answer for all of it, and that is determining just who is coal worthy or gift able. We all know that most kids by this time/date have either behaved with tremendous goodness or devilishness, and we all know what decides getting what you want or what you truly deserve, either way could be right, hmm?
As always nothing is left for too much to chance, all is a precise decision that the jolly ole fellow has centuries of experience in making exact actual choices on, that is who gets what, true?
The only thing left to chance is whether or not you were good enough for him or broke too many parental induced rules and by doing that you made his pockets as black and as a deep, deep hole with no bottom due to being oh too bad! Now that would be awful, scary!
I have faith in all my readership though that your offspring take after you, as decent human beings, mostly, huh?
Nobody's perfect, least of all me and with that said, I'll hope all of you remember to be your best all year long, if not this past year, you have next year and we even get an extra day since it's Leap YEAR!
Moving on...
Here I sit with Hubby and Ron, yes Ron, the air-conditioning technician trying hard to repair our system that has decided to wee, wee, translation: water leaking on our only carpeted floor in our home the one in our guest-room! We might very well be cracked, not me, ha, the system, damn! You see, the unit is in half of the guest-room closet. I know, but that's the only place it could be put in this tiny house when it went from two wall units, one for heat and one for cold, air; when this home was built in 1958. And it was originally renovated in 1996, two years before we bought it, that is ONLY its heating and cooling system and we updated it again in 2004 for $600, while redoing it all, gutting the whole house then due to our roof sheathing coming off and causing rain indoors, all due to Hurricane Charley!
I guess when it rains it pours so the expression goes, but this is fixable, me not so much...still not up to par or for a party, HA!
Any-who, on that note of needing to think happy, happy thoughts allow me to be the very first to wish all of you a very happy good night and ask you to kindly count all your blessings and share all your overages with you know who and we will too!
And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!
