Many companies paint a pretty
picture/visual of how they will stand behind their product and that you have a warrantee
so don’t worry, just buy it, their, this, that or whatever and do it now.
But buying online too has its
problems at times as well, but there is one company that I have been dealing
with over the last several years that has impressed me time and time again, not
only with their products and good manageable prices but now with how they in
our case a Ms. Maryann Tyler a products specialist, handles a problem as the
PICS above show, a broken component in my wheelchair!
This woman requested PICS
since there was no other way to describe the broken piece and where it came
from, and actually that was what we have done in the past with such problems,
but not everyone gives out their email and requests a FAX instead and ours is
finicky to say the least.
I had Hubby call since in
this case he is more capable in explaining what’s and wherefores, but even this
had him too a bit stymied, thus the PICS worth a 1000 words or my case a fluctuation
of that. Oh, I forgot to mention the name of the company and their web site! www.SpinLife.com Not only did Ms. Tyler call us back within
less than twenty-four hours after we emailed the PICS with, get this, we knew
that my wheelchair had a year warrantee on it from this past November 24th, but
what they will be doing is giving me a brand new one instead with their always
free delivery, with a free return trip for my broken one just placed in the new
ones box! PS I originally got my scooter from them and then my walker… each
product well constructed and priced right!
Below is also a wonder what
it is too, I bet?
Those are my freebie Caladium
bulbs from our county extension.
You see, if you like them on
Facebook they would give them to you!
They were picked up by Hubby
last Wednesday, and since my Mom used to grow hers inside in good ole NJ, with
me doing the more of the houseplant thingy due to not being able to do it
outside any longer, now get those minds out of the gutter, I meant gardening!
They are doing great for six days old, hmm?
