A heck of a BIG PARTY! The
139th Kentucky Derby!
Far a field from my usual
lament of recent times I have made a decision to discuss more important things in
this world of interest, or not…
Who says that distracting one’s
self hasn’t proven to make the sad, smile, the ill, feel a wee bit better, the
angry, get off their high horse, pun intended, you get my drift...
Mind distractions are what
all people in the mental health field realize when all is said and done is
beneficial to a healthy way of thinking.
Critical thinking aside, us
as human beings enjoy having mind respites; meaning separating ourselves from
ourselves.
Not to say when there are
important essential things to be done that we let them go by the wayside, but
to maintain a form a sanity, we must know the proper way to let go of things
that have no healthy ability to free us from our wrong, negative, thinking.
Sure people who have deficits
physically or mentally need to deal with those issues, but go with me here, a
vacation is nice too?
Of course nothing will change
realistically, but attitudes, perhaps?
And what could that hurt,
really?
Not a thing!
I love thinking, since it is
something I treasure as my very own, and no one can take that away from you or
me.
Sure we know others influence
us, but as we age we do know how to differentiate of what is of importance and what
may be just blustery bravado?
Gosh, getting older and
wiser?
Not necessarily.
For me anyway; since I do
seem to have the thin skin of an adolescent.
Oops!
No me tonight, forgive.
These sites are fun for all!
If I forgot any sites, you
know what to do.
Just wanted to post before
the two minute race was over!
Have fun and remember mind
vacations put you in a happy place and that can be a very short trip, so bon
voyage mes amis!
On that note of a much
significant note, allow me to be the very first to wish all of you a very happy
good night and ask you to kindly count all your blessings and share all those
overages with you know who and we will too!
And next time please be here
or be square, ya hear?!
